Between 1999 and 2019, Kaloyan Nikolov served as IT Director of a Bulgarian FMCG retail chain. This experience provides a practical understanding of how infrastructure affects commercial and production systems, central services and the day-to-day operations of organizations of every size — from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises.
Well-designed and properly implemented infrastructure reduces operating costs, limits unplanned downtime and ensures greater continuity of critical business processes.
Today, Kaloyan Nikolov works as a systems and network architect in enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure and critical systems support.
